Here are some useful tips that we have built up over our years of experience working with LED lighting. Hopefully, they will be of use to you in planning your order and understanding how to maintain your existing products after installation.
How do I know your products are fit for purpose and comply with building regualtions (British Standards) ?
All our products are designed and manufactured to an extremely high standard. Our balustrades (dependent on the design) have had calculations carried out to ensure they conform to the appropriate British Standard, namely BS 6180.

Where are your products from?
All our handrails are made from the highest quality materials. Our stainless steel products are imported from Italy, and our Solid White Oak is imported from North America.
When will I receive my items?
Our handrails are bespoke products that are made to measure with every order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your handrail to be delivered. A member of our team will be in touch once the order has been received to confirm the delivery time frame.
How do I unwrap my new product?
This may seem a simple question, but it does need thinking about. Our handrails come in protective wrapping, which is then inserted into a cardboard tube. Using a knife or a sharp pair of scissors to open the packaging risks damaging your rail, so always work in the direction away from the rail if using a blade.
What height should my handrail be?
All handrails on a staircase should be set between 900mm and 1000mm to the top of the rail; this complies with current UK building regulations.
How do I maintain a stainless steel handrail?
Any good-quality stainless steel cleaner will get your handrail looking brand new.
How do I maintain a wooden handrail?
As the handrail comes unfinished, it is recommended that a lacquer or stain is applied to prolong the life of the rail. It can then be cleaned with any quality wooden furniture cleaning product.

Who will install my handrail?
